With over 20 years in experience Saucedo Innovations is a fully licensed and insured general contractor based in LaBelle, Florida (CBC1268277), delivering high-quality structural and finish work for residential and light commercial projects. Led by Ernesto Saucedo Jr., we combine over 20 years of hands-on field experience with a commitment to reliability, clear communication, and doing the job right the first time.  

Our team specializes in framing, from simple additions to complex custom homes with multiple rooflines, vaulted ceilings, attached garages, and porches. We handle layout, structural walls, truss systems, roof sheathing, openings, and all the details that keep a building straight, true, and ready for the next trade. We’ve framed everything from large new builds to school and modular buildings, coordinating with engineers and inspectors to meet or exceed code.  

Inside the home, we provide detailed finish carpentry, including doors, trim, baseboards, casing, accent walls, custom wood features, and interior build-outs. We’re just as comfortable installing a clean, modern finish as we are matching existing details in a renovation.  

On the exterior, we install and repair siding—including board-and-batten and other modern profiles—ensuring proper weatherproofing, flashing, and clean lines that boost curb appeal and protect your investment. We also perform demolition and selective demo, from full interior guts down to carefully opening walls for larger windows or reconfiguring spaces while protecting areas that stay.
